Pocket Sundial Making Workshops
There’s a surprising amount in an adjustable stick on a flat surface. Beyond a clock, did you know a sundial could be used as a compass, calendar and GPS system?
Come on a journey spanning astronomy, maths, languages and craft; from ancient wisdom to the frontiers of contemporary knowledge and technology.
Afterall, that little adjustable stick isn’t called a gnomon - ‘one that knows’ - for nothing. Click below to find out more.
